TBL联合CBL教学法在中医住培医师重症康复科临床教学的探索

Exploration of TBL combined with CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of intensive care rehabilitation of TCM residents

摘要 目的观察以团队为基础的教学法联合以病例为基础的教学法在重症康复科的实施效果,及对规培生知识水平及个人能力培养方面的影响。方法选取2021年3月1日-2021年8月31日于广州中医药大学重症康复科参加轮科培训的规培一年级学生48名,随机分为对照组24例、观察组24例。对照组采用以知识传授为中心的教学法,观察组采用以团队为基础的教学法联合以病例为基础的教学法,将两组规培医师对教学方法满意度的问卷调查、出科考核成绩及出科后年度规培考核成绩进行比较。结果观察组与对照组的一般情况具有可比性(P>0.05),在出科考核及年度规培考核中,观察组出科时理论及临床技能成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。对两组学生出科后的满意度进行问卷调查,观察组在自主学习能力、团队协作能力、临床思维能力、解决问题能力以及激发学习兴趣等方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TBL联合CBL能很好地适用于重症康复科的教学中,且联合教学模式在中医住培过程应用中更利于提升规培医师知识水平,增强个人能力培养,学生对其满意度高,适合临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of the team-based teaching combined with the case-based teaching method in the intensive care rehabilitation department,and the impact on the knowledge level and individual ability training of the regular trainees.Methods A total of 48 first-year students who participated in rotation training in the intensive care rehabilitation department of a hospital from March 1,2021 to August 31,2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 24 cases and an observation group of 24 cases.The control group adopted the teaching method centered on knowledge transfer,and the observation group adopted the team-based teaching combined with the case-based teaching method.The questionnaire survey of the satisfaction of the two groups of regular training physicians on the teaching method,the examination results of leaving the department and the annual regular training examination results after leaving the department were compared.Results The general conditions of the observation group and the control group were comparable(P>0.05).In the examination of leaving the department and the annual training examination,the theoretical and clinical skills scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).A questionnaire survey was carried out on the satisfaction of the two groups of students after leaving the department,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of autonomous learning ability,teamwork ability,clinical thinking ability,problem-solving ability,and stimulating learning interest(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL combined with CBL can be well adapted to the teaching of intensive care rehabilitation department,and the combined teaching mode is more conducive to improving the knowledge level of regular training physicians and personal ability training in the application of TCM inpatient training.Students are highly satisfied with it,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
