猫、鼠致伤患者狂犬疫苗和破伤风疫苗联合接种的安全性观察及护理

Safety observation and nursing of rabies and Tetanus vaccine inoculation in cats and mice

目的通过临床医学实验研究,观察和分析被猫、鼠致伤患者联合接种狂犬疫苗和破伤风疫苗的安全性,并且找出在接种疫苗之后比较科学合理的临床护理措施。方法在2019年1月-2022年1月期间由于被猫、鼠致伤而到天津市红桥医院接种狂犬疫苗和破伤风疫苗的患者中随机选取60例,将其均等分为两组,每组各30例,将单独接种狂犬疫苗的患者设定为对照组,将联合接种狂犬疫苗和破伤风疫苗的患者设定为观察组。通过临床医学实验研究,观察和分析两种疫苗接种方式的安全性,找出接种疫苗后最为科学合理的临床护理措施。结果对照组患者接种狂犬疫苗后出现全身不良反应为1例(3.33%),出现局部不良反应为4例(13.33%);观察组患者接种联合疫苗后出现全身不良反应为2例(6.66%),出现局部不良反应为3例(10.00%)。两组患者的相关研究数据对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在应对猫、鼠致伤时联合接种狂犬疫苗以及破伤风疫苗具有比较好的安全性,同时需要做好相应的护理工作,能够有效降低疫苗接种后的不良反应发生概率。

Objective To observe and analyze the safety of combined rabies vaccination and Tetanus vaccine vaccination in patients injured by cats and mice,and to find out more scientific and reasonable clinical nursing measures after vaccination.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,60 cases of rabies vaccine and Tetanus vaccine were randomly selected and equally divided into two groups,thirty patients in each group were vaccinated with rabies vaccine alone as a control group and a combination of rabies vaccine and Tetanus vaccine as an observation group.Through clinical medical experimental study,to observe and analyze the safety of two vaccination methods,to find out the most scientific and reasonable clinical nursing measures after vaccination.Results In the control group,1 case(3.33%)had systemic adverse reactions and 4 cases(13.33%)had local adverse reactions;in the observation group,there were 2 cases(6.66%)of systemic adverse reactions and 3 cases(10.00%)of local adverse reactions after vaccination.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined vaccination of rabies vaccine and Tetanus vaccine is safe in response to injury caused by cat and mice,and corresponding nursing work is needed,can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions after vaccination.
