大承气汤辅助治疗急性单纯性肠梗阻的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

The effect of dachengqi decoction on the clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes of patients with acute simple intestinal obstruction

目的探讨大承气汤辅助治疗急性单纯性肠梗阻的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法以天津市河西医院2019年8月-2022年8月期间收治的150例急性单纯性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,将其随机分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组各75例,单一用药组患者接受常规西药治疗,联合用药组患者在单一用药组的基础上辅助大承气汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后症状评分变化、炎性因子水平变化及用药安全性。结果联合用药组患者治疗总有效率较单一用药组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者各症状评分均明显降低,且联合用药组显著低于单一用药组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均明显降低,且联合用药组上述炎症因子水平更低(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均未出现药物相关不良反应,治疗后复查血尿常规、心电图及肝肾功能均未发生异常变化。结论大承气汤辅助治疗急性单纯性肠梗阻效果较佳,可有效缓解患者肠梗阻相关症状,抑制机体炎性反应,对促进急性单纯性肠梗阻病情恢复具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of acute simple ileus and its effect on inflammatory factors.Method A total of 150 patients with acute simple ilobstruction admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a single medication group and a combined medication group,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the single medication group received conventional western medicine treatment,and patients in the combined medication group were treated with Dachengqi Decoction on the basis of the single medication group.The total effective rate,symptom score,inflammatory factor level and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined medication group was higher than that of single medication group(P<0.05).After treatment,all symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased,and the combination group was significantly lower than the single group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand hs-CRP were significantly decreased in two groups,and the levels of the above inflammatory factors were lower in the combined treatment group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment,and no abnormal changes were observed in routine hematuria,electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function after treatment.Conclusion Dachengqi Decoction has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute simple ileus,which can effectively relieve the symptoms related to ileus and inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,and has positive significance in promoting the recovery of acute simple ileus.
