基于web of science数据库的超声造影剂的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of ultrasound contrast agents based on web of science database

摘要 目的 通过文献计量学的方法,定量和定性地分析超声造影剂研究的进展,并预测潜在超声造影剂研究的热点和趋势,为开展超声造影剂研究提供参考。方法 检索web of science核心数据库与超声造影剂相关的研究文献,应用CiteSpace软件和文献计量在线分析平台(https://bibliometric.com/)分析文献的研究热点及趋势。结果 共纳入13985篇文献,发文量呈现出逐年上升的趋势;美国的发文量最多,为3583篇;中山大学为发文量263篇排名第一;来自瑞士的学者Dietrich, CF以发文量187篇,第一作者被引1544次,通讯作者被引2556次居于第一位;ULTRASOUND IN MEDICINE AND BIOLOGY总被引5612次,中心度0.36居于第一位。其研究的热点主要集中在超声造影剂的原理及特征、在疾病诊断中的应用、在药物传输中的应用、在超声介导基因转移中的应用及在肿瘤射频消融中的应用等5个方面。结论 超声造影剂在疾病诊断治疗中的作用显著,国家间交流丰富但机构间交流较少,无论在基础研究还是临床研究方面都面临诸多挑战,研究近年来飞速发展,未来需要以临床医学需求为导向,联合基础医学、药学、化学等多个学科协同攻关,在疾病诊断及治疗方面有更大的突破。 Objective To quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the research progress of ultrasonic contrast agents by bibliometrics,and predict the hot spots and trends in the research of potential ultrasonic contrast agents,so as to provide reference for the research of ultrasonic contrast agents.Methods The web of science database research literature relat⁃ed to ultrasound contrast agent was retrived,CiteSpace software and bibliometrics online analysis platform(https://bib⁃liometric.com/)were used to analyze literature research hot spot and trend.Results A total of 13985 literatures were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year.The United States had the highest number of articles,with 3,583;Sun Yat-sen University ranked first with 263 publications.Dietrich,CF,a scholar from Switzerland,published 187 articles,the first author was cited for 1544 times,and the corresponding author was ci⁃ted for 2556 times.ULTRASOUND IN MEDICINE AND BIOLOGY had been cited 5612 times,and the centroidness of 0.36 ranked the first.The research focus mainly focused on the principle and characteristics of ultrasound contrast a⁃gent,its application in disease diagnosis,its application in drug delivery,its application in ultrasound-mediated gene transfer and its application in radiofrequency ablation of tumor.Conclusion Ultrasound contrast agent plays a signifi⁃cant role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and exchanges between countries are rich but few between institu⁃tions.Both basic research and clinical research are faced with many challenges.Research has developed rapidly in re⁃cent years.Greater breakthroughs have been made in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
