CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C与ACI患者颈动脉斑块性质及狭窄程度的关联性 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清细胞表面糖蛋白147(CD147)、内皮细胞特异分子-1(ESM-1)、小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)水平,分析其与颈动脉斑块性质及狭窄程度相关性。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月南阳市中心医院收治的129例ACI患者作为研究组,同期于本院体检的健康志愿者43例作为对照组。比较不同组别、不同颈动脉斑块性质、不同狭窄程度、不同神经缺损程度患者血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C水平,并分析其与颈动脉斑块性质、狭窄程度、神经缺损程度相关性。评价血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C评估颈动脉斑块性质、狭窄程度的价值。结果 研究组血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);随着颈动脉不稳定性斑块形成及颈动脉狭窄程度、神经缺损程度增加,血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C水平呈上升趋势(P<0.05);血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C联合评估颈动脉斑块性质、狭窄程度的AUC分别大于单项指标评估(P<0.05)。结论 ACI患者血清CD147、ESM-1、sdLDL-C水平升高,且与颈动脉斑块性质、颈动脉狭窄程度、神经缺损程度呈正相关,联合检测其水平对颈动脉斑块性质及狭窄程度具有一定评估价值。 Objective To explore the serum levels of cell surface glycoprotein 147(CD147),endothelial cell specific molecule-1(ESM-1),and small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C)in patients with acute cere⁃bral infarction(ACI),and analyze its correlation with the nature of carotid artery plaques and the degree of stenosis.Methods Totally 129 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study group,and 43 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Compare the serum levels of CD147,ESM-1,and sdLDL-C in patients with different groups,different carotid plaque properties,different degrees of stenosis,and different degrees of nerve defects,and ana⁃lyze their correlation with the nature of carotid plaque,degree of stenosis,and degree of nerve defect.Evaluate the value of serum CD147,ESM-1,and sdLDL-C in assessing the nature and severity of carotid artery plaques.Results The serum levels of CD147,ESM-1,and sdLDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);With the formation of unstable plaques in the carotid artery,the degree of carotid stenosis,and the degree of nerve defect increasing,the levels of serum CD147,ESM-1,and sdLDL-C show an upward trend(P<0.05);The combined evaluation of serum CD147,ESM-1,and ESM-1 for the nature of carotid artery plaques and the degree of stenosis showed a higher AUC than single indicator evaluation,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CD147,ESM-1,and sdLDL-C in ACI patients increase,and are positively correlated with the nature of ca⁃rotid plaques,degree of carotid stenosis,and degree of nerve defect,and the combined detection of its level has certain evaluation value for the nature and degree of stenosis of carotid artery plaques.
