情景模式+案例分析在营养与食品卫生学教学中的应用探讨

营养与食品卫生学是预防医学的重要分支,具有较强科学性、社会性、应用性。“情景模式+案例分析”教学法能够通过情景创设、角色扮演等方式,将教材与实践技能知识点有机融入案例中,更好地推进学生营养与食品卫生学知识体系的建构,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的思考能力、创新能力、实践能力及反思能力,达到全面培养高水平专业化人才的目的。文章以情景模式+案例分析在食物中毒案例中的实际应用为例,通过选择理论知识、确定案例、创设情景、角色扮演、任务执行、点评讲解和效果评价等步骤,系统探究了该教学模式在营养与食品卫生学教学中的应用。

The teaching method of scene simulation and case analysis integrates teaching materials and practical skills into cases through the creation of scene creation and role play.This teaching method can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their ability to solve problems and social practice.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers'ability.Taking the practical application of scenario model+case analysis in food poisoning cases as an example,this paper systematically explores the application of this teaching model in nutrition and food hygiene teaching through the steps of selecting theoretical knowledge,determining cases,creating scenarios,role playing,task execution,comment and explanation,and effect evaluation.
