论眼视光学专业教师深度融入创新创业教育的路径

Methods for Optometry Teachers to Deeply Integrate Into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

随着时代的发展进步,社会对人才的要求逐步多元化、多层次化。创新创业的理念和能力是“厚基础、宽口径、高素质”复合型人才的核心要素。近年来,国家高度重视大学生创新创业改革,这为培育具有创新思维、创造能力的医学生提供了重要契机。医学院校眼视光学专业的课程教学已不适应“新医科”和“新四化”对新型人才的培养要求,专业教师由于学术背景和现实难题主动融入双创教育的程度低,学生由于专业特点和缺乏有效指导收获双创成果的概率低。创新创业教育是提升学生综合素养的重要途径,从专业现状出发实现创新创业在本学科内良性发展需要教师群体深度融合,形成课程新生态、实现医教研产融合新局面、建立“双师型教师”新团队、挖掘教学供给新养料。

With the development of the times,the requirements of the society for talents are gradually diversified and multi-tiered.The concept and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship are the core elements of"thick foundation,broad caliber,the high quality"compound talents.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship reform of college students,which provides an important opportunity to cultivate medical students with innovative thinking and creative ability.The course teaching of optometry major in medical colleges has not adapted to the training requirements of new talents by"New medicine science"and"New four modernizations".Due to their academic background and practical problems,professional teachers are not actively involved in entrepreneurship and innovation education.Due to the characteristics of their major and lack of effective guidance,students have a low probability to harvest the achievements of entrepreneurship and innovation.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to improve students'comprehensive quality.To realize the benign development of innovation and entrepreneurship in this subject based on the current status of the major,which requires the deep integration of teacher,to form a new curriculum ecology,to achieve a new situation of integration of medicine,education,research,and industry,to establish a new team of"double professionally-titled teachers"and excavate new nourishment for teaching supply.
