基于药学服务为导向的门诊药房实习生教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform for Outpatient Pharmacy Interns Based on Pharmaceutical Service

门诊药房是药学服务的重要场所,目前门诊药房的实习生带教工作没有统一的模式,在实习生带教过程中存在各种问题。文章探索了基于药学服务为导向的门诊药房实习生教学改革方案。以某院门诊药房实习生教学改革实践为例,从实习生岗前培训、质量安全管理、处方调配、处方审核、用药指导、药物咨询以及医患沟通等培训,分析如何构建以药学服务为导向的实习生教学模式。通过对门诊药房实习生的教学改革,有助于提高药学实习生的药学服务技能,同时教学团队通过设计详细的教学课程、针对性的教学,有助于提高实习生的实习效果。

Outpatient pharmacy is an important place for pharmaceutical services.Currently,there is no unified mode for the teaching work of outpatient pharmacy interns,and various problems exist in the teaching process.This paper explores a teaching reform plan for outpatient pharmacy interns based on pharmaceutical services.Taking the teaching reform practice of a hospital’s outpatient pharmacy interns as an example,this paper analyzes how to build an internship teaching model based on pharmaceutical services,including pre-job training,quality and safety management,prescription dispensing,prescription review,medication guidance,drug consultation,and doctor-patient communication training.Through the teaching reform of outpatient pharmacy interns,it can improve the pharmaceutical service skills of pharmacy interns,and the teaching team can design detailed teaching courses and targeted teaching to improve the effectiveness of interns.
