摘要
培养高素质的临床医学检验技术技能人才是新形势下高等职业院校医学检验专业的人才培养目标,是教学改革的宗旨。由此构建了由“自学(self-study,S)-展示(presentation,P)-实操(practice,P)-分析(analysis,A)-验证(verification,V)-总结(summary,S)”六个阶段构成的SPPAVS教学模型,并将其应用于《病原学检验》课程中,根据教学目标,依托职教云线上平台,结合丰富的教学资源,对SPPAVS模型的具体实施方案进行了设计及实践。通过对教学效果以及学生满意度的调查,发现SPPAVS模型在高职病原学检验实训教学中对技术技能的掌握以及自学能力、组织协调能力、语言表达能力、科研创造力等综合能力的培养具有积极的作用。
As the cultivation of high-quality and skilled medical examination talents is the training goal and teaching reform purpose of medical laboratory technology under the new situation,a SPPAVS teaching model consisting of six stages of"Self-study-Presentation-Practice-Analysis-Verification-Summary"was constructed and applied to experiment courses of microbiological laboratory technology,under the support of vocational education cloud online platform as well as a number of teaching resources.As a result,it is found,through the investigation of teaching effect and student satisfaction,the SPPAVS model had positive effects on the mastery of technical skills and the cultivation of comprehensive abilities such as self-learning ability,organization and coordination ability,language expression ability and scientific research creativity.
