依托微信的微格教学法对社区护士糖尿病护理能力的效果评价 被引量:1

The Effect of Micro-teaching Method Based on WeChat Platform on Diabetes Care Ability of Community Nurses

摘要 目的探讨依托微信平台的微格教学法对社区护士糖尿病护理能力的效果影响。方法2021年9月—2022年2月,通过方便抽样的方法抽取上海市浦东新区社区护士120名,通过随机分组,分成对照组和试验组。对照组给予传统教学法,试验组给予依托微信平台的微格教学法。培训2周后进行理论知识水平及操作能力的考核,并进行教学效果评价。结果培训结束后2周,试验组理论知识水平的平均成绩(36.35±1.50)分,对照组平均成绩(32.23±1.76)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组操作能力的平均成绩(94.50±0.51)分,对照组平均成绩(88.33±1.27)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组在教学效果评价中“培训的灵活性”“学习效率”“知识理解性”“知识持久性”“问题解决能力”和“临床实践能力”差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托微信平台的微格教学法可以增加社区护士糖尿病知识的持久度,提高操作能力,学习效果更佳。 Objective To explore the effect of microteaching based on WeChat platform on community nurses in diabetes care capacity analysis.Methods From September 2021 to February 2022,a total of 120 community nurses in Pudong new area of Shanghai were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given traditional teaching.The experimental group was given micro-teaching method based on wechat platform.After 2 weeks of training,the level of theoretical knowledge,operating ability and effect evaluation were evaluated.Results Two weeks after the training,the average score of theoretical knowledge level in the experimental group was(36.35±1.50)points,and that of the control group was(32.23±1.76)points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The average score of operating ability in the experiment group was(94.50±0.51)points,and that of the control group was(88.33±1.27)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in“training flexibility”,“learning efficiency”,“knowledge understanding”,“knowledge persistence”,“problem solving ability”and“clinical practice ability”between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-teaching based on WeChat platform can increase the duration of diabetes knowledge of community nurses,improve operational ability,and have better learning effect.
