临床路径教学法在介入科住院医师临床教学中的价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学运用到介入科住院医师范化培训临床教学的价值。方法选取2017年7月—2021年7月在南京市第一医院接受介入科住院医师范化培训的54名医师作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规培训组和临床路径组,每组27名,培训完成后对两组学员进行理论与技能评分,并比较评价培训效果。结果临床路径组在介入手术操作和临床实践能力方面考核成绩存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规教学组相比,临床路径组更能激发学生学习兴趣、提升学生的临床思维、提高他们独立解决问题能力,同时提升他们的学习效率以及面对患者的信心,学生满意度也更好,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径式的教学方法在介入科住院医师范化培训临床教学中可行性强,显著提升教学质量,提高医师的综合能力。 Objective To explore the value of clinical pathway teaching in the training of interventional resident physicians.Methods A total of 54 interventional resident physicians who received normal training for resident doctors in the department of interventional medicine in Nanjing First Hospital from July 2017 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into routine training group(n=27)and clinical pathway group(n=27).After the training,the theory and skills scores of the two groups were scored,and the training effects were compared.Results The clinical pathway group had significant advantages in interventional operation and clinical practice ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical pathway group showed significantly better than the conventional teaching group in stimulating learning interest,improving clinical thinking,enhancing independent problem-solving ability,improving learning efficiency,self-confidence in facing patients and student satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method has strong feasibility in the clinical teaching of standardized training for interventional residents,which significantly improved the teaching quality and the comprehensive ability of physicians.
