思维导图结合情景模拟法在新护士危急值培训中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Mind Mapping Combined With Situational Simulation Teaching Method in Critical Value Training of New Nurses

摘要 目的探讨运用思维导图结合情景模拟的教学方法对新护士进行危急值相关知识培训中的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月上海市杨浦区市东医院新入职的护士共60名。2019年7月份新护士30名为对照组,进行传统教学法6个月;2020年7月新护士30名作为观察组,进行思维导图结合情景模拟教学法6个月。观察两组护士对临床检验危急值相关知识理论测试成绩、实践操作、病情观察能力及培训的满意度。结果培训后观察两组护士临床检验危急值相关知识的理论及操作考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床检验危急值病情观察能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床检验危急值相关知识培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图结合情景模拟教学法应用于临床检验危急值相关知识培训中,可有效提高新护士临床检验危急值相关理论知识水平、实践操作能力、病情观察能力及新护士对培训的满意度。帮助新护士转化临床思维能力,指引良好的护理行为,确保了患者的安全。 Objective To explore the effect of using the teaching method of mind mapping combined with scenario simulation to train new nurses on critical value related knowledge.Methods A total of 60 new nurses were selected from Shanghai Shidong Hospital of District Yangpu from July 2019 to July 2020.In July 2019,a total of 30 new nurses were selected as the control group and received traditional teaching methods for 6 months.In July 2020,a total of 30 new nurses were selected as the observation group and given mind mapping combined with situational simulation teaching method for 6 months.The satisfaction of nurses with the knowledge theory test performance,practical operation,condition observation ability and training of clinical groups were observed.Results After the training,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the theoretical and operational assessment results of the relevant knowledge of clinical test critical value(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of clinical observation ability in critical values(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of clinical test critical value related knowledge training was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with situational simulation teaching mode in critical value training can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level,practical operation ability,condition observation ability and satisfaction of new nurses with the training.Help new nurses to transform clinical thinking ability,guide good nursing behavior,and ensure the safety of patients.
