新形势下混合教学在妇科肿瘤临床实习教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨线上线下混合教学模式在妇科肿瘤临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7—12月于监利市人民医院妇科肿瘤科实习的36名医学生设为对照组,采取传统教学法;选取2021年7—12月于该科室实习的36名医学生设为观察组,采取线上线下混合教学模式。课程结束后,应用迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)评估两组教学效果,采用问卷调查两组满意度。结果观察组理论知识与临床基本操作技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组采集病史、人文关怀、临床胜任力、西医诊治、组织效能、医患沟通的Mini-CEX评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在妇科肿瘤临床实习教学中应用线上线下混合教学模式可有效提高教学效果与学生满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 36 medical students were selected from the gynecological oncology department of Jianli People's Hospital from July to December 2020,a total of 36 medical students from July to December 2021 were selected as observation group.After the course,Mini-CEX was used to evaluate the teaching effect,and a questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and basic clinical operation skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The Mini-CEX scores of medical history,humanistic care,clinical competence,Western medicine diagnosis and treatment,organizational effectiveness and doctor-patient communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of online and offline mixed teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of gynecological tumor can effectively improve the teaching effect and student satisfaction.
