序贯性教学联合病例导入教学在儿科急诊教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究序贯性教学联合病例导入教学在儿科急诊教学中的应用价值。方法选取重庆医科大学附属永川医院2019年10月—2021年10月儿科急诊科室的100名实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50名。对照组采用常规儿科急诊教学模式,观察组采用序贯性教学联合病例导入教学模式。评估两组学习效果、考试成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组自主学习、搜寻资料、解决问题、互动沟通、分享所学人数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论知识、病例分析、临床技能考试成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学习兴趣激发、理论知识掌握、临床能力提高、总体满意度等方面的教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯性教学联合病例导入教学在儿科急诊教学中能够有效提高实习生的学习效果,提高实习生的考试成绩,提高教学满意度,增强实习生儿科急诊的综合能力,能够更好地为儿科患儿提供优质的服务。 Objective To explore the application value of sequential teaching combined with case introduction teaching in pediatric emergency teaching.Methods A total of 100 interns in the pediatric department of emergency of Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 50 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional pediatric emergency teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the sequential teaching combined with case introduction teaching mode.The learning effect,exam results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were evaluated.Results The number of self-learning,information searching,problem solving,interactive communication and learning sharing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge,case analysis and clinical skill test scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in terms of stimulating learning interest,mastering theoretical knowledge,improving clinical ability and overall satisfaction,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential teaching combined with case introduction teaching in pediatric emergency teaching can effectively improve the learning effect of the interns,improve the examination results of the interns,improve the teaching satisfaction,enhance the comprehensive ability of the interns in pediatric emergency,provide better services for pediatric children.
