黑龙江省某医学院附属医院临床教师教学能力现状调查 被引量:1

Investigation on the Teaching Ability of Clinical Teachers in an Affiliated Hospital of a Medical College in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 目的调查黑龙江省齐齐哈尔医学院附属医院临床教师教学能力现状,了解存在问题,提出应对策略。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月在齐齐哈尔医学院4所直属附属医院工作的110名临床教师,采用自行编制的调查问卷进行线上匿名调查,内容包括基本情况、教学能力现状、对教学能力现状的认识、对学校提升临床教师能力举措的看法。结果基本情况:5年以上教龄教师占比65.46%。临床教师最高学历为硕士者达51.82%。教学职称中级及高级占80.00%。教学能力现状:90.91%的临床教师可胜任教学工作。59.09%的临床教师能够针对性地选择教学内容进行加工处理后传授给学生,而36.36%的临床教师会按照学校规定的统一内容进行授课。84.55%的临床教师能够熟练使用现代多媒体技术进行教学。88.18%的教师与学生有互动。只有16.36%的临床教师经常撰写教学及教改论文。对教学能力的认识:51.82%的临床教师认为缺乏语言表达和组织能力会影响教师教学能力。82.73%的临床教师认为教学设计能力对教学效果影响较大。学校提升临床教师教学能力举措及落实情况:49.09%的临床教师认为学校对于临床教师教学能力经费支持力度一般。学校提升临床教师教学能力手段多样,以教学实践(79.09%)、岗前培训(68.18%)、自我进修(68.18%)、教学培训(65.45%)、带教指导(61.82%)、教研活动(60.00%)为主。学校举行的临床教师教学能力培训方式主要体现在教学工作坊(53.52%)、教学研修班(52.11%)、新任课教师培训(47.89%)方面。临床教师参与教学培训率为64.55%,参加3次以上培训人数仅为41人。结论临床教师存在能力不足的问题,学校、附属医院和上级教育主管部门等单位应采取措施提高临床教师能力,临床教师也应通过积极参加各项培训学习、定期反思自己的教学实践、持续学习和研究相关领域的新发展等提高自身能力。 Objective Through the investigation of the current situation of clinical teachers'teaching ability in the Affiliated Hospital of a medical college in Heilongjiang Province,we understand the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures.Methods A total of 110 clinical teachers working in 4 directly affiliated hospitals of Qiqihar Medical College from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected to conduct an online anonymous survey using a self-prepared questionnaire,which included basic information,current status of teaching ability,understanding of current status of teaching ability,and views on measures taken by the school to improve the ability of clinical teachers.Results Basic situation:The proportion of teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience is 65.46%.51.82%of clinical teachers had a master's degree.Intermediate and senior teaching titles accounted for 80.00%.Current situation of teaching ability:90.91%of clinical teachers are competent in teaching.59.09%of clinical teachers were able to select and process the teaching content and then impart it to students,while 36.36%of clinical teachers would teach according to the unified content stipulated by the school.84.55%of clinical teachers can skillfully use modern multimedia technology to teach.88.18%of teachers interact with students.Only 16.36%of clinical teachers often write teaching and teaching reform papers.Understanding of teaching ability:51.82%of clinical teachers believed that the lack of language expression and organization ability would affect teachers'teaching ability.82.73%of the clinical teachers believed that the teaching design ability had a great influence on the teaching effect.Measures to improve the teaching ability of clinical teachers in schools and their implementation:49.09%of clinical teachers believed that the school's financial support for clinical teachers'teaching ability was moderate.The school improved the teaching ability of clinical teachers by various means,mainly teaching practice(79.09%),pre-job training(68.18%),self-education(68.18%),teaching training(65.45%),teaching guidance(61.82%),teaching and research activities(60.00%).The teaching ability training methods of clinical teachers held by the school are mainly embodied in teaching workshops(53.52%),teaching and research classes(52.11%),and new course teacher training(47.89%).The rate of clinical teachers participating in teaching training was 64.55%,and only 41 participated in more than 3 trainings.Conclusion Clinicians have the problem of inadequate capacity.Schools,affiliated hospitals and higher education authorities have taken measures to improve the capacity of clinicians.Clinicians should also improve their capacity by actively participating in all kinds of training and learning,regularly reflecting on their teaching practices,continuing to learn and studying new developments in relevant fields.
