优化组合教学模式在实习阶段医学生医患沟通培训中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Optimal Combination Teaching Mode in Doctor-patient Communication Training for Medical Students in Practice Stage

摘要 目的探讨在临床实习阶段医学生医患沟通培训中应用优化组合教学模式的效果。方法选取昆明市延安医院呈贡医院2020年7月—2021年3月临床医学实习生82名为试验组,应用优化组合教学模式开展医患沟通培训,2019年7月—2020年3月临床医学专业实习生84名为对照组,应用传统教学模式开展医患沟通培训,运用医患沟通技能评价表(SEGUE Framework)量表和迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)考核,评价教学效果。结果两组培训前SEGUE评分和Mini-CEX评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后两组SEGUE评分和Mini-CEX评分均有提高,试验组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化组合教学模式沟通培训能提高医学实习生医患沟通与交流技能能力。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the optimal combination teaching mode in the doctor-patient communication training of medical students during clinical practice.Methods A total of 82 clinical medical interns from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the experimental group to carry out doctor-patient communication training using the optimized combination teaching mode,and 84 clinical medical interns from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group to carry out doctor-patient communication training using the traditional teaching mode.The doctor-patient communication skills evaluation(SEGUE)scale and mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There was no significant difference in SEGUE score and Mini-CEX score between the two groups before training(P>0.05).After training,SEGUE score and Mini-CEX score of both groups were improved,and the score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Communication training of optimal combination teaching mode can improve the doctor-patient communication skills of medical interns.
