摘要
在全面深化医改、实现医教协同、共筑健康中国历史进程中,建立和完善住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)制度,是具有战略使命的关键之举。为进一步加强住培师资队伍建设,更好地发挥住培导师在住院医师培养全过程中教书育人的作用,为住院医师提供个性化、特色化的指导和帮助,近年来各培训基地在培养住培学员中纷纷引入住培导师制。实践证明,通过建立健全住培导师管理体制、严格住培导师的准入与退出、采用多元化的住培导师的评价考核机制、多措并举提高住培导师的积极性等举措优化住培导师的培养模式,可在现有的师资条件下充分发挥住培导师的优势,提升住培导师对住院医师的指导能力,为提升住培培训质量提出切实可行的方案。
In the process of comprehensively deepening medical reform,realizing medical and educational cooperation,and jointly building a healthy Chinese history,establishing and improving the standardized resident training system(hereinafter referred to as"resident training")is a key move with a strategic mission.In order to further strengthen the construction of resident training teachers,give full play to the role of resident training tutors in the whole process of resident training,and provide personalized and specialized guidance and help for residents,in recent years,various training bases have introduced resident training tutor system in the training of resident students.Practice has proved that through establishing and perfecting the the tutorial system,strict living master entry and exit,the diversity of residentialtraining tutor evaluation mechanism,the measures and improve residential-training tutors enthusiasm measures such as optimizing culture teacher training mode,aiming at the existing under the condition of teachers give full play to the advantages of residential-training tutor,improve residentialtraining tutor's ability to guide resident,to improve the quality of residential training and put forward a practical plan.
