在线教学在成人教育《人体生理学》中的应用探析 被引量:1

摘要 随着教育信息化的不断完善和教育多元化的需求,高校教育教学已将线上教学作为一种重要的教学手段,在线教学在高等教育发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于医学成人教育学生具有较强的医学专业知识和临床实践能力、理解能力和自学能力;但单位业务繁忙,且承受着学业、家庭和工作等多方面的压力,学习精力明显不如全日制学生等自身特点,成人医学教育线上教学不能套用普通高等医学教育模式,应探索适应成人教育学生的教学方式,以便达到更好的教学效果。作者以徐州医科大学专升本成教学生的《人体生理学》的学习为研究对象,对在线教学效果反馈、学习时间安排、在线学习方式等进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析讨论。研究发现:在线《人体生理学》得到大部分成人教育学生认可,学生更能接受不限时间的线上课程;倾向于利用网络资源,尤其是教学视频的形式进行生理学的学习。为了适应这一需求,一线教师在进行教学安排时应针对成人教育学生的特点,将网络在线课程的知识精炼,重点突出,注意培养学生的自学能力及解决问题能力;教学设计应使成人教育学生能在线教学中整体全面把握《人体生理学》,把教材内容变成有趣、有用、有意义的教学内容。 With the improvement of education informatization,online teaching has been regarded as one of the important teaching methods in higher education,and online teaching is playing an important role in higher education.Adult medical education students have a degree of medical knowledge and clinical practice ability,understanding ability and high self-learning ability.However,they have various pressures from family and work.As a result,the teaching on full-time students is inapplicable to adult medical education students.In order to achieve best teaching effect,it is explored that new teaching methods which is suitable for adult education students.Based on the study of Human Physiology of adult students in Xuzhou Medical University,the authors investigated the feedback of online teaching effect,the arrangement of learning time and the online learning mode.The investigation results were analyzed and discussed.The result found that majority of adult education students approved the online teaching on Human Physiology.They are willing to accept the online courses of unlimited time.They tend to use internet resources,especially teaching videos,to study physiology.In order to adapt to this demand,teachers should make new teaching arrangements according to the characteristics of adult education students,refine the knowledge of online courses,and focus on cultivate students'self-learning ability and problem-solving ability.The teaching design should enable adult education students to fully grasp Human Physiology in online teaching.
