摘要
SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体和纯SF_(6)相比,具有绿色环保、液化温度低、绝缘性能好及经济等优点。对SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体绝缘性能的研究表明:SF_(6)体积占比为30%时的SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体击穿强度要达到纯SF_(6)气体的击穿强度,压力应为纯SF_(6)气体的1.33倍。对126kV GIS用接地开关的绝缘结构进行了优化设计,优化的电场强度最大值较优化前下降了25.8%,大大提高了绝缘可靠性。特变电工自主研制的126kV SF_(6)/N_(2) GIS在机械工业高压电器产品质量检测中心顺利通过了绝缘、温升等整套型式试验验证,目前该126kV GIS可应用于国网公司新建环保GIS电站及现有SF_(6)在运电站改造。
Compared with pure SF_(6),SF_(6)/N_(2) gas mixture has the advantages of environmental protection,low liquefaction temperature,good insulation performance and economy.The study on the insulation performance of SF_(6)/N_(2) gas mixture shows that the pressure of SF_(6)/N_(2)(30%SF_(6))should be 1.33 times of that of pure SF_(6) in order to achieve the same breakdown strength.The insulation structure of grounding switch in 126kV GIS is optimized,the maximum electric field strength is 15.12%lower than that before optimization,which greatly improves the insulation reliability.The 126kV SF_(6)/N_(2) GIS independently developed by TBEA has successfully passed the complete set of type test verification such as insulation and temperature rise in the mechanical industry high-voltage electrical equipment product quality inspection center.At present,the 126kV GIS can be applied to the new environmental GIS power station and the existing SF_(6) power station improvement.
