基于5.8G微波雷达蓝牙通讯技术的无线测温传感器

摘要 在输电线路的日常运行中,各级线路设备的稳定健康运行存在着一些挑战,尤其是短路、超载、老化、绝缘等引发的过温、超温故障隐患,存在普遍性、隐蔽性和突发性的突出问题。本文通过基于先进的5.8G微波蓝牙通讯技术、微传感技术、高抗干扰QFN32封装技术打造的:微型化、低功耗、高可靠、高防护的无线温度监测传感装置,可实时对各类线路、设备的温度进行监测,并在发生故障时及时的进行保护、故障识别和报警,进一步支撑各类场景的生产、管理。 In the daily operation of transmission lines,there are some challenges to the stable and healthy operation of all levels of line equipment,especially the hidden troubles of over temperature and over temperature caused by short circuit,overload,aging and insulation,which are common,hidden and sudden.This paper is based on advanced 5.8G microwave Bluetooth communication technology,micro-sensing technology,high anti-interference QFN32 packaging technology:Miniaturized,low power consumption,high reliability and high protection wireless temperature monitoring sensor device can monitor the temperature of all kinds of lines and equipment in real time,and timely protect,identify and alarm in case of failure,further support the production and management of all kinds of scenarios.
