摘要
本文提出了一个三级型固态变压器,分别为输入级模块、隔离级模块以及输出级模块。其中,输入级模块、输出级模块均采用全桥拓扑,隔离级模块采用带高频变压器的有源H桥。该拓扑结构具备对称性特点,对于输入级模块与输出级模块,可采用相同的分析手段与控制策略,节省控制成本。本文在分析了该拓扑的结构特点、工作特性的基础上,提出了该拓扑的数学模型。并基于该数学模型,推导了固态变压器的控制策略。为验证该拓扑与控制策略,在Matlab/simulink中搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该控制策略可实现固态变压器对电能质量的控制。
A three-stage solid-state transformer is proposed in this paper,which consists of input stage module,isolation stage module and output stage module.The input and output modules adopt full bridge topology,and the isolation modules adopt active H bridge with high frequency transformer.The topology structure has the characteristics of symmetry,and the same analysis method and control strategy can be adopted for the input and output modules to save the control cost.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working characteristics of the topology,the mathematical model of the topology is presented.Based on the mathematical model,the control strategy of solid state transformer is deduced.In order to verify the topology and control strategy,a simulation model was built in Matlab/simulink.The simulation results show that the control strategy can realize the power quality control of solid state transformer.
