摘要
本文以自动换卷极片轧制机设计为基础,以设备中的张力控制为研究对象,首先对锂电池生产及极片的影响进行简单介绍,对于设备的基本功能,关键技术,设备工艺,进行了详细阐述。介绍了自动换卷极片轧制机控制系统的构成等要点,描述了系统核心NJ控制器的特点及控制系统中的张力控制模型,速度控制模型,相关程序设计。最后介绍了总体的程序架构,张力的控制程序。
This article is based on the design of the automatic coil changing pole plate rolling machine,and focuses on tension control in equipment as the research object.Firstly,this article briefly introduces the production of lithium batteries and the influence of pole pieces and the impact of pole plates.The basic functions,key technologies,and equipment processes of the equipment are described detailed.The composition and other key points of the control system for the automatic coil changing pole plate rolling machine were introduced.Finally,it describes the characteristics of the core NJ controller in the system.And it describes in detail the tension control model,speed control model,and related program design in the control system Finally,the article introduces the overall program architecture and tension control program.
