摘要
本文分析了一起500kV主变B相色谱异常的事件。文中介绍了主变B相色谱异常的事件概况和设备情况,并分别从油色谱数据、巡视及带电检测进行停运前检查分析,同时对运行工况和现场处置情况进行分析,接着对主变设备进行返厂解体,找出主变B相色谱异常的原因为屏蔽罩遮挡使得主变铁轭拉带无法确认等电位线有效连接。最后结合生产工艺、设备安装工艺和检修工作等方面给出了防范措施建议。
This paper analyzes an event of abnormal B-phase chromatography of 500kV main transformer.This paper introduces the event overview and equipment situation of abnormal B-phase chromatogram of main transformer,and carries out pre shutdown inspection and analysis from oil chromatogram data,patrol inspection and live detection respectively.At the same time,it analyzes the operating conditions and on-site disposal,and then returns the main transformer equipment to the factory for disassembly.It is found that the reason for abnormal B-phase chromatogram of main transformer is that the shielding cover makes it impossible to confirm the effective connection of equipotential line of main transformer yoke strap.Finally,preventive measures and suggestions are given in combination with production process,equipment installation process and maintenance work.
