摘要
数字化转型为传统企业可持续发展带来新契机。基于战略一致性模型的分析框架,以能源化工企业为纵向单案例研究对象,运用扎根理论分析传统企业数字化转型过程中战略与组织的协同演进机制。研究发现,战略和组织的协同模式分别对应企业数字化转型的三个不同时期,即战略引领组织实现局部端数字化的试点期、组织驱动平台数字化支撑战略的拓展期和数字化重塑战略引导组织再造的整合期。基于以上发现,通过对数字化转型三阶段逐级过渡的动因分析,推演出数字化战略创新驱动和数字化组织创新驱动两条实现路径,并由此构建了传统企业转型过程中战略与组织数字化介入水平螺旋上升的动态协同机制。该研究厘清了数字化转型中战略一致性模型的路径机制,拓展了战略一致性模型在我国传统企业转型的应用场景,对传统企业借助数字化转型实现内部有序协同和高效革新具有重要借鉴意义。
Digital transformation brings new opportunities for the sustainable development of traditional enterprises.Based on the analytical framework of strategic alignment model(SAM),energy and chemical enterprises are used as a longitudinal single case study to analyze the synergistic evolution mechanism of strategy and organization in the process of digital transformation by applying rooting theory.The findings show that synergistic patterns of strategy and organization correspond to three different periods of enterprise digital transformation,namely,the pilot period in which strategy leads the organization to partial digitalization,the expansion period in which organization-driven platform digitization supports the strategy,and the integration period in which digital reinvention strategy leads the organization to reengineer.By analyzing the dynamics of the three stages of digital transformation,two realization paths of digital-driven strategic innovation and digital-driven organizational innovation are deduced.Thus,a dynamic synergistic mechanism of spiraling levels of strategic and organizational digital interventions in the transformation process of traditional enterprises is build.This study clarifies the path mechanism of strategic alignment model in digital transformation,expands the application scenario of strategic alignment model in the transformation of traditional enterprises in China,and has important implications for traditional enterprises to achieve internal orderly synergy and efficient innovation through digital transformation.
