硫化铜/聚氨酯海绵静电自组装及烟气脱汞研究

摘要 纳米金属硫化物由于表面重构通常带有负电荷,采用静电自组装方法,将其负载到正电荷修饰的聚氨酯海绵上,可获得高通透结构的金属硫化物成型脱汞材料.通过静电吸引方式制备的硫化铜/聚氨酯海绵成型材料(CuS/PUS)最佳脱汞温度为75℃,可用于燃煤电厂烟气净化系统末端脱汞.当空塔速率为2×10^(4)h^(−1)时,也可以保持90%以上的脱汞效率.该研究为制备高通透金属硫化物成型脱汞材料提供了新思路. Nano-metal sulfide is usually negatively charged due to surface reconstruction.A high permeability mercury-removing material was obtained by loading metal sulfide onto a positive charge modified polyurethane sponge by electrostatic self-assembly.The optimum mercury removal temperature of copper sulfide/polyurethane sponge forming material(CuS/PUS)prepared by electrostatic attraction was 75℃,which could be used at the end of the flue gas purification system of the coal-fired power plant.When the superficial velocity was 2×10^(4)h^(−1),the mercury removal efficiency of more than 90%could be maintained.This research provides a new idea for the prepa-ration of high-permeability metal sulfide molding mercury removal materials.
