刺梨果渣多酚对小鼠运动抗疲劳的影响及其机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究刺梨果渣多酚抗疲劳活性及其机制,本实验采用小鼠负重游泳模型进行相应的研究。结果表明刺梨渣多酚可以显著增加小鼠负重游泳的时间,通过增加血糖含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性,降低乳酸、尿素氮含量、肌酸激酶活性和增加体内肌糖原和肝糖原的储存来缓解运动疲劳。其机制主要是刺梨果渣多酚通过调节NRF-1-TFAM途径来调控基因表达以抵御活性氧簇对tmDNA的破坏性,增加ATP的合成,保证了机体的正常代谢和能量供应;还可以提高SOD、CAT和GSH-px活性和抑制MDA生成,从而抑制活性氧簇的生成,下调氧化应激反应,减轻了NF-κB参与的炎症反应,减少细胞凋亡,进而预防与延缓了运动性疲劳的发生。刺梨果渣多酚是一种具有抗疲劳活性的功能性食品添加剂。 In order to study the antifatigue activity and mechanism of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii pomace,the weight bearing swimming model of mice was used in this experiment.The results showed that Rosa roxburghii pomace polyphenols could significantly increase the time of weight bearing swimming in mice,alleviate exercise fatigue by increasing blood sugar content and lactate dehydrogenase activity,reducing lactic acid,urea nitrogen content,creatine kinase activity,and increasing the storage of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in vivo.The main mechanism was that Rosa roxburghii pomace polyphenols regulated gene expression by regulating NRF-1-TFAM pathway to resist the damage of active oxygen species to tmDNA,increase ATP synthesis,and ensure normal metabolism and energy supply of the body;it could also increase the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-px and inhibit the formation of MDA,thereby inhibiting the formation of reactive oxygen species,down-regulation of oxidative stress reaction,and reducing NF-κB participates in the inflammatory reaction,reduced cell apoptosis,and thus prevented and delayed the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue.Rosa roxburghii pomace polyphenols could be a functional food additive with anti-fatigue activity.
