爆珠香精特征标志物筛选及质量控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 以典型爆珠香精为对象,采用气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性、半挥发性化合物进行检测,提取样品指纹图谱,结合多元统计方法筛选出系列特征标志物,建立样品质量稳定性控制方法。结果表明,优选色谱条件下,爆珠香味和溶剂组分能被有效提取和分离;结合ChemPattern软件近邻算法建立了不同组爆珠样品指纹图谱。对正常组与异常组爆珠样品,正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析区分明显,筛选出蒎烯、柠檬烯、薄荷醇和三癸酸甘油酯为特征标志物,四种物质的重复性和回收率分别介于1.74%~4.98%和93.3%~110.2%。质量控制图显示,蒎烯、柠檬烯、薄荷醇含量的变化能灵敏地反映目标样品组分的变化情况,而溶剂组分三癸酸甘油酯相对较差。该方法能够确立爆珠关键成分,为加香爆珠质量稳定性评价提供参考。 In order to establish the method of using markers to characterize quality stability of breakable capsules,volatile and semi-volatile compounds were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the fingerprinting of the target samples was established.The characteristic markers were selected by multivariate statistical analysis,and the quality stability chart of sample was established by the change of marker content.The results showed that,under the optimal conditions,the aroma components and solvent components of the breakable capsules could be effectively extracted and separated.Combined with the nearest neighbor algorithm of ChemPattern software,GC/MS fingerprinting of the sample was established.Based on the results of orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),pinene,limonene,menthol and decanoin were identified as characteristic markers.The repeatability and recovery of the four markers ranged from 1.74%to 4.98%and 93.3%to 110.2%,respectively.The quality stability chart of markers showed that the changes of pinene,limonene and menthol contents could sensitively reflect the changes of target sample components,while the solvent component of decanoin was relatively poor.This method can establish the key components,and thus provides a reference for the quality stability evaluation of cigarette breakable capsules.
