摘要
针对钢轨铝热焊焊缝结构特点带来的伤损判别困难问题,为提高铝热焊焊缝伤损判别的准确率,分析探伤车超声通道横波声场的结构特点,提出判别反射体位置的定位分析法;通过人工伤损实际位置与定位分析法得到的B型显示伤损位置比对,证明定位分析法判断伤损位置的正确性。分析铝热焊焊缝的轮廓特征,运用定位分析法解释其轮廓B型显示规律,提出利用此轮廓显示规律对铝热焊焊缝伤损判别及对检测增益适当与否进行监控;通过实际线路中铝热焊焊缝伤损报警的复核分析,验证运用铝热焊轮廓显示结合定位分析法综合判别铝热焊焊缝伤损的可行性,即定位分析法可在钢轨铝热焊焊缝伤损判别中应用。
In view of the difficulty in defect judgment caused by the structural characteristics of rail aluminothermic weld,in order to improve the accuracy of aluminothermic weld defect judgment,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of transverse wave sound field in ultrasonic channel of flaw detection vehicle,and puts forward the positioning analysis method for judging the reflector position.By comparing the actual defect position obtained by manual judgment with the Type B display defect position obtained by positioning analysis method,the correctness of the positioning analysis method in defect position judgment is proved.This paper analyzes the contour characteristics of aluminothermic weld,explains its contour Type B display law by using positioning analysis method,and proposes that this contour display law can be used to judge the aluminothermic weld defect and monitor whether the detection gain is appropriate.Through the review and analysis of aluminothermic weld defect alarm in actual lines,the feasibility of comprehensively judging the aluminothermic weld defects by using aluminothermic welding contour display combined with the positioning analysis method is verified,i.e.the positioning analysis method can be applied in rail aluminothermic weld defect judgment.
