赛训体系提升大学生创新创业能力的作用机制——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

Action mechanism of competition training system to improve college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability:An exploratory research based on Grounded Theory

大学生是创新创业的生力军,培养大学生创新创业能力是缓解大学生就业压力,使其适应竞争激烈、快速发展的社会的重要途径。运用扎根理论对访谈资料进行分析,构建了赛训体系提升大学生创新创业能力的作用机制模型,揭示了“政、企、校”三方合力形成“赛训支撑要素”,在“赛训支撑要素”的支撑下,“学生参训”进入“赛训体系”,提升“参赛者效用”的过程。研究发现:学校支持、政府支持与企业参与是构成赛训支撑要素的三大前置因素;赛训支撑要素既是赛训体系形成的动力源,也支撑了学生参训和参赛者效用的达成;赛训体系通过学生参训被持续优化完善,不断提升参赛者效用、增强参赛者的创新创业能力。

College students are the new force of innovation and entrepreneurship.Cultivating college students'ability for innovation and entrepreneurship is an important way to ease the employment pressure of college students and make them adapt to the fierce competition and rapid development of modern society.This paper analyzes the interview data with the Grounded Theory,constructs the mechanism model of the competition and training system to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,and reveals the process of“competition and training supporting elements”formed by the joint efforts of“government,enterprise and school”.Under the support of“competition and training supporting elements”,“students’participation in training”enters the“competition and training system”and improves the“participant effectiveness”.The research finds that school support,government support and enterprise participation are the three pre-factors that constitute the supporting elements of competition and training;The supporting elements of competition and training are not only the power source for the formation of the competition and training system,but also support the achievement of the effectiveness of students’participation in training and competitors;The competition and training system is continuously optimized and improved through students’participation in training,constantly improving the effectiveness of participants and enhancing their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
