摘要
目的研究绩效考核方案在泌尿外科护理管理中的应用及对护理质量的提升效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月南华大学附属长沙中心医院泌尿外科20名护理人员为研究对象,以2020年7月为分界时间,2020年7月之前采取常规护理管理(对照组),2020年7月及之后采取绩效考核方案(观察组),每个阶段选择10名护士,分析并对比两组的管理效果。结果观察组护理人员服务态度、工作态度、护理质量、工作能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组安全识别能力、风险防范意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核方案在泌尿外科护理管理中具有显著的应用价值,不仅能提高护理质量,还能提高满意度。
Objective To study the application of performance appraisal program in urology nursing management and its effect on improving nuring quality.Methods Twenty nursing staff from the Department of Urology at Changsha Central Hospital affiliated with South China University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.With July 2020 as the cut-off time.Before July 2020,routine nursing management(control group)was adopted,and a performance evaluation plan(observation group)was adopted for July 2020 and after,10 nurses were selected for each stage.The management effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The service attitude,work attitude,nursing quality,and work ability scores of the observation group nursing staff were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of self-efficacy in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of safety recognition ability and risk prevention awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The performance appraisal program has significant application value in the nursing management of urology department,which can not only improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the degree of satisfaction.
