护士分层管理在儿科护理管理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的评估在儿科护理管理中应用护士分层管理的有效性。方法选择2021年7月—2022年7月南京医科大学第二附属医院的16名护士为研究对象,根据不同护理管理方法分为对照组和观察组,为同一批护士。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上进行护士分层管理。比较两组护士的护理管理满意度、护理质量评分、不良事件发生率、心理情绪评分。结果观察组管理后的护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后的护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理期间发生1例操作不当,发生率为6.25%;对照组管理期间发生6例不良事件,具体包括操作不当3例、家属投诉1例、医嘱漏签2例,发生率为37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论在儿科护理管理中运用护士分层管理,能够提高护理管理满意度,减少不良事件的发生,促进护理质量水平得到显著改善,有效缓解其不良情绪。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of applying hierarchical nurse management to pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 16 nurses from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing management methods.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received hierarchical nursing management on the basis of the control group.The nursing management satisfaction,nursing quality score,incidence of adverse events and psychological and emotional score of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The nursing quality score of observation group was higher than control group after management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management satis-faction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group after management were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improper operation occurred in 1 case(6.25%)during the management period of the observation group.In the control group,6 cases of adverse events occurred during the management period,including 3 cases of improper operation,1 case of complaint from family members and 2 cases of omission of medical advice,with an incidence of 37.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nurse management in pediatric nursing management can improve the satisfaction of nursing management,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,promote the level of nursing quality to be significantly improved,and effectively relieve the adverse mood.
