心血管内科护理管理中全面护理风险管理对不良事件发生率的影响

Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Risk Management on the Incidence of Adverse Events in the Nursing Management of Cardiovascular Medicine

目的探讨心血管内科的护理管理中全面护理风险管理对不良事件发生率的影响。方法山东健康集团淄博医院老年心血管内科于2021年1月开始实施风险管理,以2020年1—12月为实施前,取此阶段在职在岗护理人员25名为研究对象,行常规管理;以2021年1—12月为实施后,同样取护理人员25名为研究对象,行风险管理,对实施前后护理管理质量进行对比。结果实施后,护理人员护理质量各指标评分、风险意识及风险事件处理能力评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后,不良事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理风险管理在心血管内科护理管理中的应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing risk management on the incidence of adverse events in the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine.Methods The Elderly Cardiovascular Department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group began implementing risk management in January 2021.Before implementation from January to December 2020,25 in-service nursing staff in this stage were selected as the research subjects for routine management;after implementation from January to December 2021,25 nursing staff were also selected as the research subjects for risk management,and the quality of nursing management before and after implementation was compared.Results After implementation,the scores of various indicators of nursing quality,risk awareness,and risk event handling ability of nursing staff were higher than before implementation,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the incidence of adverse events was lower than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing risk management in the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine is effective and worth promoting its use.
