风险管理应用于肾内科管理中的效果研究

目的分析风险管理应用于肾内科管理中的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月哈尔滨市第一医院40名护理人员为研究对象,依照时间不同分成常规组(2021年8月—2022年1月)、研究组(2022年2—8月),每组20名。常规组进行常规管理,研究组进行风险管理。比较两组风险事件发生率、护理满意度、管理质量评分、风险管理认知水平。结果研究组管理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组风险管理水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理风险事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科管理接受风险管理可明显降低不良事件的发生风险,管理质量高。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in nephrology.Methods A total of 40 nurses from Harbin First Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into regular group(August 2021 to January 2022)and research group(February to August 2022)according to different time periods,with 20 in each group.conventional group for routine management,research group for risk management.The incidence of risk events,nursing satisfaction,management quality score and risk management cognition level were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality score of the research group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk management level of the research group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the researck group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management in nephrology department can significantly reduce the risk of adverse events,and the quality of management is high.
