摘要
目的分析在临床护理管理中,对呼吸科护理人员实施柔性管理的效果及其对护理质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2022年11月湖南省职业病防治院呼吸科38名护理人员参与本次研究,通过实施不同的管理模式进行分组,研究组(19名)实施柔性管理,对照组(19名)实施常规管理,比较护理人员依从性、不良事件发生率、护理满意度、护理质量。结果相比对照组,研究组护理人员依从性更高,满意度更高,不良事件发生率更低,护理质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床管理中,对呼吸科护理人员实施柔性管理的效果显著,对提高护理质量具有临床价值。
Objective Analyze the effectiveness of implementing flexible management for respiratory nursing staff in clinical nursing management and its impact on nursing quality.Methods 38 nurses from the respiratory department of Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected to participate in this study from January 2018 to November 2022.They were grouped by implementing different management modes.Study group(19 participants)implemented flexible management,control group(19 participants)implemented conventional management.Nursing compliance,adverse event rate,nursing satisfaction,nursing quality were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing staff compliance in the study group was higher,the nursing satisfaction was higher,the incidence of adverse events was lower,the nursing quality was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical management,the effect of flexible management on nursing staff in respiratory department is remarkable,and it has clinical value to improve nursing quality.
