层级管理模式在尘肺病科护理管理中的应用对护理质量的提升效果评价

Application of Hierarchical Management Mode in Nursing Management of Pneumoconiosis Department to Improve Nursing Quality Evaluation

目的研究层级管理模式在尘肺病科护理管理中的应用对护理质量的提升效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月湖南省职业病防治院20名尘肺病科护理人员为研究对象,2021年2月—2022年1月为管理前行常规管理模式,2022年2月—2023年1月为管理后开展层级管理模式,分析管理前后的护理质量、护士自身满意度调查、职业素养评分、职业倦怠感。结果与管理前相比,管理后护理质量、满意度、职业素养评分显著更高,职业倦怠感发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在尘肺病科护理管理中开展层级管理模式,能显著提高护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of the application of hierarchical management mode in the nursing management of pneumoconiosis department on the improvement of nursing quality.Methods 20 nursing staff members from the Department of Pneumoconiosis at Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From February 2021 to January 2022,implement a routine management mode before management,from February 2022 to January 2023,implement a hierarchical management mode after management.The nursing quality,nurses′satisfaction survey,professional quality score and job burnout were analyzed before and after management.Results Compared with before management,after management,the nursing quality,satisfaction,and professional literacy scores were significantly higher,and the incidence of occupational burnout was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of nursing can be significantly improved by developing the hierarchical management mode in the nursing management of pneumoconiosis department.
