心内科护理人员用药安全管理模式的运用效果分析

Observation and Analysis of Application Effect of Medication Safety Management Mode for Nursing Staff in Department of Cardiology

目的分析在心内科护理人员的管理中实施用药安全管理模式的应用效果。方法选择2021年1—12月宁乡市人民医院30名心内科护理人员作为研究对象,2021年1—6月实施常规管理模式为参照组,2021年7—12月在常规管理模式基础上实施用药安全管理模式为观察组,对比两组护理人员的科室护理质量评分、医生对护理人员的满意评分、科室护理安全事件发生率。结果观察组护理人员的科室护理质量评分与医生满意评分均比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理安全事件发生率比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理人员中实施用药安全管理模式,可提升科室护理质量与医生满意度,降低安全事件发生风险。

Objective To analyze the application effect of medication safety management mode in the management of nursing staff in the department of cardiology.Methods 30 nursing staff in the Department of cardiology of Ningxiang People′s Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2021,the conventional management mode was implemented,as the reference group;and from July to December 2021,the medication safety management mode was implemented on the basis of the conventional management mode,as the observation group.The nursing quality scores,doctors′satisfaction scores and the incidence of nursing safety incidents were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score and doctor satisfaction score of nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing safety events in observation group was lower than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of medication safety management mode among nursing staff in the department of cardiology can improve the quality of nursing and doctor satisfaction,and reduce the risk of safety incidents.
