摘要
本文主要针对医学基础课程《生理学》教学中,各版本理论教学所用教材“第三章—血液”章节中对于血型与输血原则部分的知识点,在教材编写内容表述标准方面的不一致,使教师课堂教学出现困顿,给学生的学习带来疑惑,同时,造成教学评价及临床指导的困惑。据此提出医学教材编写中要突出严谨性、前瞻性、拓展性;对医学史学习的必要性予以讨论;并将各出版社各版本相关内容汇总图表,针对各教学层次不同,加以对比分析,得出浅析结论,与医教同仁进行探讨,以此促进医学教育教材统一编写标准,规范课程设置。
In the teaching of Physiology,a basic medical course,this paper mainly aims at the inconsistency of the knowledge points of blood type and transfusion principles in the chapter"Blood"of the textbook used in the theoretical teaching of various versions,which causes difficulties for teachers in classroom teaching,puzzles for students′learning,and confusions for teaching evaluation and clinical guidance.Therefore,we should emphasize the rigor,foresight and expansion in the compilation of medical teaching materials.Discuss the necessity of medical history study;In addition,the relevant contents of each edition of each publishing house are summarized and illustrated.Based on the different teaching levels,the paper makes comparative analysis,draws analysis conclusions and discusses with medical teaching colleagues,so as to promote the unified writing standards of medical education textbooks and standardize the curriculum setting.
