Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Rule of Law in Public Hospitals in the New Era

南京市妇幼保健院坚持“依法治院”的理念,充分发挥法治对医院发展改革的引领、规范、推动和保障作用,以国家宪法、基本法律、卫生法规等为依法治院的指导思想,全面加强党员干部、医务人员的普法教育,增强全院职工法治意识,形成“知法守法、依法办事”的良好法治环境;重点推进院务公开、行政审批、药品采购、风险岗位的制度建设,提高依法行医与履行监管职责,保障医院健康和谐发展。本文介绍了该院的实践经验。

Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital adheres to the concept of"governing the hospital according to law"and gives full play to the role of the rule of law in guiding,regulating,promoting and guaranteeing the development and reform of hospitals.Taking the national constitution,basic laws,health regulations,etc.as the guiding ideology of governing the hospital according to law,comprehensively strengthen the legal education of party members,cadres,and medical staff,strengthen the awareness of the rule of law of the staff of the whole hospital,and form a good rule of law environment of"knowing the law,abiding by the law,and acting in accordance with the law",focus on promoting the system construction of hospital affairs disclosure,administrative approval,drug procurement,and risk positions,improve the lawful practice of medicine and the performance of regulatory duties,and ensure the healthy and harmonious development of hospitals.This article introduces the practical experience of the hospital.
