情景模拟教学在急诊科住院医师规范化培训医患沟通能力培养中的应用

Application of Scenario Simulation Teaching in Standardized Training of Residents in Emergency Department to Cultivate Doctor-patient Communication Ability

急诊科是医患纠纷及伤医事件层出不穷的高发科室,而良好的医患沟通可减少甚至避免医患间的矛盾。住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要阶段,在此阶段对住培医师进行医患沟通能力教育能更好地帮助医学生成长为合格的临床医师。但由于急诊住培教学的特点和急诊科医患沟通的特殊性,住培医师在临床中实践的机会少,导致临床教学较为困难。情景模拟教学通过模拟真实病例所处的状态,设计急救情景,让住培医师体验不同的角色,锻炼其应变能力及医患沟通能力,对于提高医患沟通教学质量,培养住培医师良好的职业素质具有重要的意义。

The emergency department is a department with a high incidence of doctor-patient disputes and medical injury incidents,and good doctor-patient communication can reduce or even avoid the contradictions between doctors and patients.The standardized training of resident physicians is an important stage of post-graduation education for medical students.At this stage,education on doctor-patient communication skills for resident physicians can better help medical students grow into qualified clinicians.However,due to the characteristics of emergency residency teach-ing and the particularity of doctor-patient communication in the emergency department,there are few opportunities for resident physicians to practice in the clinic,which makes clinical teaching more difficult.Scenario simulation teaching designs first aid scenarios by simulating the state of real cases,allowing resident doctors to experience different roles,and exercise their resilience and doctor-patient communication skills.It is of great significance to improve the quality of doctor-patient communication and teaching,and to cultivate the good professional quality of resident doctors.
