“双一流”高校金融学专业教育教学改革研究--基于逻辑思维能力提升的探讨

Research on the Reform of Financial Education in"Double First-Class"Universities:A Discussion Based on the Enhancement of Logical Thinking Ability

创新型人才培养是“双一流”学科建设的要义之一,而逻辑思维能力是金融创新型人才的必备素养。当代大学生逻辑思维能力较弱现状堪忧,应试教育导致的“填鸭式”教育模式阻碍了学生逻辑思维能力的形成,对“双一流”高校金融专业创新型人才培养提出了新的挑战。分析金融专业人员所必备的逻辑思维能力对金融专业大学生的重要性,以小样本调查数据为依据说明当前加强逻辑思维能力培养的必要性和紧迫性,并以提升金融专业学生逻辑思维能力为突破口,推动“双一流”高校金融专业全面教育教学改革。

Innovative talent cultivation is one of the key elements in the construction of"Double First-Class"disciplines,and logical thinking ability is an essential quality for financial innovative talents.The current situation of weak logical thinking ability among contemporary college students is worrying,and the"cramming"education model formed by the exam-oriented education system hinders the formation of students'logical thinking ability,presenting new challenges for the cultivation of innovative talents in the finance profession.This paper analyzes the importance of logical thinking ability for finance students based on the necessary logical thinking ability required for finance professionals,and presents the urgency and necessity to strengthen logical thinking ability training through small sample survey data.It also proposes to enhance the logical thinking ability of finance students as a breakthrough point to promote comprehensive education and teaching reform in the finance profession.
