A Study on the Model and Experience of Rural Land Scale Operation

要提高农业生产力和竞争力,推进农业农村现代化,土地规模经营是必由之路。位于吉林省白城市的大六家子村抓住政策机遇,利用新型农业经营主体进行土地规模经营,成功实现脱贫致富。经实地调研和归纳分析得出,大六家子村的土地规模经营模式妥善处理了村集体、小农户和新型农业经营主体三者之间的关系,良好发挥了村集体的媒介作用和内生型新型农业经营主体的优势,具有一定的推广和借鉴意义。

In order to improve agricultural productivity and competitiveness,promote agricultural and rural modernization,land scale operation is the essential way.Daliujiazi Village,located in Baicheng City,Jilin Province,seized the policy opportunity and practices land scale operation,utilizing new agricultural operating entities,successfully achieved poverty alleviation and prosperity.Based on field investigation and inductive analysis,it is concluded that,the mode of land scale operation of Daliujiazi Village has properly handled the relationship among village-level collective,small farmers and new agricultural operation entities,effectively exerts advantages of the media role of village-level collectives and the endogenous advantages of new agricultural operation entities.This practice has certain promotion and reference significance。
