美国中小学家庭作业减负的理念与行动

摘要 教育应以学生为中心已然成为当前世界各国教育界的共识。美国中小学“反家庭作业运动”是美国教育界“学生中心论”的实践表征,反映了当前美国中小学教育发展“以生为本”的价值取向。美国各州学区和学校通过制定家庭作业减负政策、强化学校教育教学管理、突出社会实践活动等行动有效规制教师家庭作业布置,减轻了学生学业压力和家庭作业负担。 Regarding the consensus of student-centered education,the“Anti-homework Movement”in American primary and secondary schools is a practical representation of the“student-centered theory”in American education circles,which reflects the current“student-based”value orientation of the development of American primary and secondary education.School districts and schools have effectively regulated teachers’homework assignment by formulating homework reduction policies,strengthening school education and teaching management,and highlighting social practice activities,thus reducing students’academic pressure and homework burden.
