CD20阳性的蕈样肉芽肿伴大细胞转化一例

Mycosis fungoides with large cell transformation positive for CD20: a case report

CD20是B细胞的特异性抗体,也是与T细胞淋巴瘤鉴别诊断的最重要的一种抗体,近年有多例CD20阳性的T细胞淋巴瘤报道。MF发生大细胞转化可发生于全病程,但多以肿瘤期常见,大细胞转化常是预后不良的标志。本文报道一例CD20阳性的蕈样肉芽肿伴大细胞转化的病例。

CD20 is a B-cell specific antibody and the most important antibody in the differential diagnosis of T-cell lymphomas.In recent years,many cases of T-cell lymphomas with positive for CD20 have been reported.The large cell transformation of MF can occur in the whole course of the disease,but it is usually common in the tumor stage.The large cell transformation is often a sign of poor prognosis.We report a case of mycosis fungoides with large cell transformation positive for CD20.
