摘要
本文介绍了电连接器的霉菌试验方法和标准,并整理了大量的电连接器霉菌试验结果。通过对试验数据的分析,比较了电连接器不同部位之间的抗霉菌侵蚀能力差异,以及不同菌种对电连接器侵蚀作用的强弱。结果表明,电连接器各部位中,热缩管和线缆具有较高的抗霉菌侵蚀能力,而结构相对复杂的公母端,及使用单一塑料材质的电缆组件抗霉菌侵蚀能力较低;当试验菌种增加黄曲霉后,电连接器在霉菌试验后长霉等级显著提高。
This paper introduces the fungus test methods and standards of electrical connectors.A large number of fungus test results of electrical connectors is organized.Through the analysis of the test data,the difference of the resistance to fungus erosion between different parts of the electrical connector and the strength of the erosion of different bacteria on the electrical connector were compared.The results show that the heat-shrinkable tube and cable have high resistance to fungus erosion in all parts of the electrical connector,while the male and female with relatively complex structure and the cable components made of single plastic material have low resistance to fungus erosion.When Aspergillus flavus was added to the test strain,the fungus grade of the electrical connector increased significantly after the fungus test.
