复合盐雾试验箱加湿装置技术设计

Design of Humidification Device for Compound Salt Spray Test Chamber

本文主要介绍复合盐雾试验箱中设计的一种新型加湿装置,重点阐述了该加湿装置的系统设计和工作原理,并进行了试验应用验证。试验结果表明该加湿装置满足复合盐雾试验需求。该装置可取代传统的锅炉式和浅水盘式加湿装置,能够提供一个稳定的湿度环境,大大地提高试验的准确性,可为复合盐雾试验箱的系统设计提供参考。

This paper mainly introduces a new type of humidification device designed in the compound salt spray test chamber,mainly expounds the system design and working principle of the humidification device,and carries out the test application verification.The test results show that the humidification device meets the requirements of compound salt spray test.This device replaces the traditional boiler type and shallow water pan type humidifier,can provide a stable humidity environment,greatly improve the accuracy of the test,and can provide a reference for the system design of the composite salt spray test box.
