摘要
本文通过对比不同的制冰周期对日式制冰机的制冰效率和制冰质量的影响并结合最终的测试验证,得出制冰周期≥65 min,对应脱冰温度≥-14.0℃时,制冰质量就可以在90%以上,从而得出脱冰时机应在de段中选取,为含日式制冰机的冰箱产品的控制设计提供了参考和依据。
By comparing the influence of different ice-making cycles on the ice-making efficiency and ice-making quality of Japanese ice maker and combining with the final test verification,this paper concludes that when the icemaking cycle is≥65 min and the corresponding deicing temperature is≥-14.0℃,the ice-making quality can be above 90%.Thus,it is concluded that the time for deicing should be in the de phase,which provides a reference and basis for the control design of refrigerator products with Japanese ice maker.
