关于一款温升试验插头的研究

摘要 随着插头插座新国标GB/T 2099.1-2021、GB/T 1002-2021的更新,部分检测项目的测试方法做出了相应的调整。这些调整意味着我们需要新的测试工具来进行检测,其中尺寸的变化是最直观的体现;尺寸的变化直接影响到温升的测试,原标准GB/T 2099.1-2008中规定的具有最小尺寸的黄铜插销的试验插头,并未明确规定插头的外形和插销的尺寸公差;基于这些不确定因素,由公牛集团提议,标委会组织相关检测机构和多家企业,共同探讨温升试验的行业标准及温升插头的尺寸要求。经过多次探讨和反复斟酌,最终确定了温升试验的行业标准和试验插头的关键尺寸。 With the update of new national standard for plug and socket,the methods of test have been adjusted accordingly.These changes meant that we needed new testing tools for detection,of which the size change was the most intuitive embodiment;The change of size directly affects the test of temperature rise.The original standard of the test plug with the minimum size of brass bolt does not clearly specify the shape of the plug and the size tolerance of the plug;Based on these uncertain factors,proposed by Bull Group Co.,Ltd,the standard committee organized relevant testing institutions and a number of companies to jointly discuss the industry standard of temperature rise test and the size requirements of temperature rise plug.After many times of discussion and consideration,the industry standard of temperature rise test and the key size of test plug are finally determined.
