摘要
本文主要研究开发了一种自身带定位的冰箱夹抱竖箱移载系统,该系统主要应用于冰箱厂冰箱与冷柜混产线上。本系统通过采用长短行程夹臂的新型设计,代替过往的两边夹臂行程相同的对称式设计,利用短行程臂充当定位,首先很好的解决了定位难,定位不准的问题,也更好地避免了在生产过程中出现的因两边夹臂同时运动导致冰箱“夹坏”的情况,同时通过各流程的控制优化,也加快了生产节拍,值得推广。
This paper mainly studies and develops a kind of self-positioning refrigerator holding riser load shifting system,which is mainly used in refrigerator and freezer mixed production line in refrigerator factory.This system adopts the new design of long and short stroke clamp arm instead of the previous symmetrical design with the same stroke on both sides of the clamp arm,and uses the short stroke arm as the positioning.Firstly,it solves the problems of difficult positioning and inaccurate positioning,and also better avoids the situation that the refrigerator is“broken”due to the simultaneous movement of both sides of the clamp arm in the production process.At the same time,through the control optimization of each process,It also speeds up the production tempo and is worth promoting.
