摘要
为控制高铁正线钢轨焊接接头的数量,尤其是减少高铁正线铝热焊接头数量,保持高铁无缝线路的完整性,确保钢轨使用安全,提出了采用百米轨原位闪光焊方式更换伤损钢轨的新方法,对原位闪光焊工艺的可行性进行了初步的探讨和研究。经过在某高铁线路的实际应用,提出了一种可满足高铁钢轨卸、焊、换、收及工完料净要求的高铁百米定尺钢轨原位闪光焊一体化施工模式。
In order to control the number of rail welded joints on the main line of high-speed railway,especially reduce the number of thermit welded joints,to maintain the integrity of continuous welded rail in high-speed railway,and ensure the safety of service,a new method of replacing damaged rail by 100-meter rail in-situ flash butt welding was proposed,and the feasibility of in-situ flash butt welding process was preliminarily discussed and studied.After practical application in a high-speed railway,an integrated construction mode for in-situ welding of 100-meter fixed-length rail in high-speed railway was proposed,which can meet the requirements of rail unloading,welding,replacement,recycling and cleaning after work.
