摘要
针对现场钢轨轨端不平顺和动车组通过时周期性响动问题,通过开展现场钢轨平直度测量,分析小机打磨和大机快速打磨的技术特点,依据打磨资源和病害程度,制定了钢轨不平顺现场排查方法,确定了小机打磨和大机快速打磨相结合的分级整治方案。分析打磨整治技术应用后,现场不平顺区域的钢轨平直度控制到−0.2 mm/1 m以内,相对而言,大机快速打磨整治效果更优,有效提升了钢轨轨端平顺性,解决了周期性响动问题。
Focus on the issue of rail ends irregularity and periodic noise during the passing of high-speed trains,on-site rail straightness measurement was carried out,and the technical characteristics of large machine rapid grinding and small machine grinding were analyzed.Based on the grinding resources and degree of disease,on-site inspection methods for rail irregularities and a graded rectification plan combining large machine rapid grinding and small machine grinding were developed.After analyzing the application of polishing and rectification technology,the straightness of rails in the irregular areas was controlled within−0.2 mm/1 m.Relatively speaking,the rapid polishing and rectification effect of large machines was better.It effectively improved the smoothness of the rail ends and solve the problem of periodic noise.
